- would you expect to be asked to remove references that may be viewed negatively?
- would you expect to be fired?
- would you expect that negative aspects might be addressed?
- would you look at your feelings and think about what your indirect criticisms really mean?
This was what was going through my head yesterday… if someone was working in my company, I wouldn’t stand for public criticism… but if it was my company, I’d hope that the issues would be addressed internally first.
